Daylight Session
Daylight exteriors, interior photos, drone photos, 2D floor plans
$650 plus $100 per bedroom or indoor pool
Update/Seasonal: $99 trip fee plus $20 per photo
Twilight Session
Twilight and daylight exteriors, interior photos, drone photos, 2D floor plans
$1150 plus $100 per bedroom or indoor pool
Twilight exteriors only: $299 plus $20 per photo
Deluxe Session
Twilight and daylight exteriors, interior photos, drone photos, 2D floor plans, plus your choice of social media content or a cinematic video
$1475 plus $100 per bedroom or indoor pool
* Choose between a 2 minute cinematic video or a 30 second vertical reel with 10 additional vertical images.
With any of the photography sessions above, you will receive:
• Thoughtfully curated mix of interior and exterior photos
• Drone photos, if safe and practical.
• Complimentary staging:
· Set dining table
· Open/turn on hot tub
· Pool table/game table set up
· Turn on fireplaces/gas fire pits
• Access to our Area Photos portfolio, a collection of images from the National Park and area attractions.
Video Options
• 30 second vertical reel (10-15 scenes, no music, perfect for social media) $200
• 2 minute cinematic video (horizontal; royalty-free music; perfect for YouTube, VRBO listing, direct booking websites) $500
Other Options
• Upgrade to 3D Floor plans up to 3,000sf $200, over 3,000sf $300
• Evacuation diagrams $25 per level
• Resort or neighborhood amenities $25 per photo. Note: If we already have photos of your resort's amenities, it will be $10 per photo for licensing.
• Virtual twilight: 3 photos for $100
• Virtual fall foliage: 3 photos for $100
• Virtual lifestyle (add people to photos): 3 photos for $100
